We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from eWeddingFavor.com. As a result, all items (except personalized or edible items) will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt for a 100% refund, provided that the merchandise is unused and still in its original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the initial payment method within 24 hours of receipt and an email confirmation will be sent to you once your return has been processed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

To return an item, please contact us via e-mail (info@eweddingfavor.com) or telephone at 1-800-85-WEDDING (toll-free) to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code prior to sending the item back to us. A request for a RMA code must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the item must be received within 30 days from the issuance of the RMA code. Please provide your order number and/or first and last name when requesting a RMA code.

*If the return is a result of an error on our behalf, we will fully reimburse the cost of return shipping.


SHIPPING INFORMATION


eWeddingFavor.com ships to the U.S. (U.S. territories included) and Canada only. We use UPS Ground for nearly all of our shipping. If you need an expedited shipping method (e.g., 2nd day air, overnight express, etc.), please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. If an item requires personalization, it could take up to 10 business days to be shipped, depending on the item. The "item details" provide additional information on production, so be sure to check this before ordering. Once an item has left our warehouse, shipping rates and times are as follows:
